It usually depends on what you want to eat that decides what restaurant to attend. But, if all you want to do is wet your whistle, then let me be your guide.

For some odd reason McDonalds, yes, a fast food joint, surprisingly has the best WATER. I know, it's strange. Their water is some of the most refreshing, cold and thirst quenching water I have ever had. I'm wondering if they put the same narcotic ingredient in their water as they do in their food that makes you crave more. However, if you want the best ice, interesting enough that I would mention it, you would want Taco Time. Now, this is a hit or miss. Some people love the perfect little pellet shapes ices freezing every last drop, others would prefer a more blocky shape. I, however find them very delectable little buggers. Now if we could just put some McDonalds water in it. :)

For those with a sugar craving: If you are a Coca-Cola fan, I'm sure you must also be a Vanilla Coke fan. For the best Vanilla Coke, search for the nearest Billy McHales where they serve their Vanilla Coke on tap, by FAR the best way for it. You have never tasted Vanilla coke this....vanilla-ee. Delish!
